Free Postal Entry Method

Your entry must be sent by first or second-class prepaid post and addressed to: GP PROMOTIONS LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be excluded from the draw.

Each postal entry must clearly contain all the following information: • The name of the competition you are entering • Your full name • Your date of birth • Your full home address • A contact telephone number and email address • Your answer to the Competition Question, where applicable Entries that are missing any of the information above, or that cannot be read clearly, will be disqualified without exception.

You can submit more than one free entry per competition, up to the maximum number of entries allowed for that competition. The entry limit per person is displayed on the relative competition page on www.gpcompetition.com. Each entry must be posted separately in its own individual envelope. If more than one entry is placed inside a single envelope, the entire mailing will be counted as only one entry, regardless of how many entries are enclosed.

For Standard Competitions, your postal entry must physically arrive at the address above before the stated Closing Date and before all available tickets for that competition have been allocated. Entries that arrive within 48 hours of the Closing Date or within 48 hours of all tickets being allocated may, at the sole discretion of GP PROMOTIONS LTD, be carried forward and entered into the next available competition of comparable value where entries are still open. Entries that arrive after the Closing Date and after all tickets have been allocated will not be entered into the initial competition nor any other competition. Please note that proof of postage is not accepted as proof of receipt and does not guarantee that your entry will be included in the draw.

For Instant Win Competitions, your free postal entry must arrive before all tickets for that competition have been allocated by means of paid entries. Providing all tickets have not been allocated, entries will also be accepted if they arrive within 48 hours of the Closing Date to be included in the Instant Win Competition.

If the maximum number of entries for a competition is reached before your postal entry is received, your entry will not be included in that competition nor any other competition, unless the provisions of paragraph 4 above apply.

To have your free postal entry processed, you must own an active registered account on www.gpcompetition.com. All personal details included in your letter must match your registered account details exactly. Entries where details do not match, or where no matching account exists, will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the draw.
