Terms & Conditions

1.1 Every competition published on www.gpcompetition.com is governed by these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). They cover both standard prize draw competitions ("Standard Competitions") and instant win competitions ("Instant Win Competitions"), referred to collectively as "Competitions." 1.2 These T&Cs take precedence over any other communication — including any promotional material, social media posts, or other communications relating to a Competition. 1.3 To be eligible for a prize, participants must correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by GP PROMOTIONS LTD (the "Competition Question"). 1.4 Each Competition includes a Competition Question. A paid entry fee applies to each time you enter. Where GP PROMOTIONS LTD offers a multiple-choice or easy-to-answer question, a free postal entry route is also available.

2.1 Each Competition runs between the start and end dates shown on the relative competition page of www.gpcompetition.com ("Opening Date" and "Closing Date"). All dates and times refer to the time in London, England. 2.2 GP PROMOTIONS LTD reserves the right to adjust opening or closing dates if truly necessary. Any changes will be updated on the website promptly. 2.3 All entries must reach us by the specified closing time. Entries received after this moment are automatically invalid. No refunds will be given for late entries. 2.4 Every Competition has a maximum ticket limit, displayed on the competition page. Once this limit is reached, no more entries will be accepted. 2.5 There is also an entry limit per person for each Competition. This limit is stated on the individual competition page. 2.6 To enter a Standard Competition via the paid route: visit www.gpcompetition.com, choose the competition, answer the Competition Question, choose how many entries you want, proceed to checkout, login or register if needed, accept these T&Cs, and complete your payment. 2.7 To enter an Instant Win Competition via the paid route: visit www.gpcompetition.com, select the competition, choose the number of entries, proceed to checkout, login or register if needed, accept these T&Cs, and complete your payment. 2.8 Once your entry is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation from GP PROMOTIONS LTD. 2.9 GP PROMOTIONS LTD does not assume any responsibility for entries that do not reach us due to technical issues, connectivity, or any other circumstance beyond our control. 2.10 By entering any Competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements, that you understand you are entering into a binding agreement with GP PROMOTIONS LTD, and that you accept these T&Cs in full.

Participants who do not wish to pay can enter via post, providing they follow the instructions below: Send a handwritten letter by first or second-class prepaid post to: GP PROMOTIONS LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Hand-delivered letters will not be accepted. Your letter must clearly include: The name of the competition you are entering, your full name, date of birth, full home address, a contact telephone number and email address, and your answer to the Competition Question (if applicable). Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. A maximum of two (2) free postal entries per person and per competition is allowed. Each entry must be sent in its own separate envelope. Free entries must arrive before the Closing Date. Postage costs are the responsibility of the participant. To be valid, you must have an active account on www.gpcompetition.com, and all details in your letter must match your account details exactly.

4.1 For Standard Competitions, all participants who answer the Competition Question correctly will be entered into a draw. The winner will be chosen live using Google’s random number generator. The draw will be broadcast live on GP PROMOTIONS LTD's official social media channels. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date. 4.2 All participants in Standard Competitions may have their name and entry number included in a spreadsheet published on the website or shown during the live draw. If you do not want your name included, contact us at info@gpcompetition.com at least 48 hours before the draw. 4.3 For Instant Win Competitions, prizes are pre-assigned to random ticket numbers. Each entry with a correct answer is assigned a number. If that number matches a prize, the participant wins. Winners are notified immediately on the competition page and by automatic email.

5.1 Site credits may be awarded as prizes or gifts in certain Competitions. 5.2 In some cases, a prize may be exchanged for site credits, where stated on the competition page. 5.3 Site credit must be used within 12 months of being added to your account. Reminders will be sent via email. Expired credit cannot be used. 5.4 Site credit has no monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or withdrawn. It is only valid for use for future competition entries on www.gpcompetition.com.

6.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, with the exception of: Employees of GP PROMOTIONS LTD, employees of any agency or supplier involved with managing the Competitions, or immediate family members of the above. 6.2 By entering, you confirm you are eligible to enter and claim any prize. GP PROMOTIONS LTD may require proof of eligibility at any time. 6.3 GP PROMOTIONS LTD will not accept computer-generated or incomplete entries. 6.4 Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including if you discover later you were not eligible or if you are disqualified. 6.5 Any participant found to be engaged in fraud, hacking, or any form of interference with the website will be permanently banned.

7.1 The prize for each Competition is described on the relative competition page of www.gpcompetition.com. 7.2 Prizes are subject to availability. GP PROMOTIONS LTD reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. 7.3 Unless otherwise stated, there is no cash alternative for the prize. GP PROMOTIONS LTD may, at its sole discretion, offer a cash equivalent if the winner prefers. 7.4 If the prize is a vehicle: it will be delivered with a valid MOT if required; insurance and road tax are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. 7.5 If the prize is a trip or event: dates, number of tickets, and travel class will be as specified on the competition page.

8.1 GP PROMOTIONS LTD's decision is final. No appeal will be accepted regarding the outcome of any Competition. 8.2 For Standard Competitions, GP PROMOTIONS LTD will contact the winner within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. 8.3 For Instant Win Competitions, winners are notified immediately via the competition page and email. If a prize is not claimed within 14 days, it may be re-allocated.

9.1 Prizes must be claimed by the winner personally. No third party may claim a prize on a winner’s behalf. 9.2 Winners must keep their contact details up-to-date. Any changes should be sent to info@gpcompetition.com promptly. 9.3 Cash prizes will be transferred directly to the winner's bank account. The winner must confirm they are the account holder. Failure to provide this proof within 14 days will result in forfeiting the prize.

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, GP PROMOTIONS LTD will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from entering a Competition or using a prize, unless directly caused by our negligence. 10.2 GP PROMOTIONS LTD is not responsible for: entries lost due to incorrect information or technical failures; unauthorized access or tampering with entry data.

11.1 By entering, you agree that GP PROMOTIONS LTD may store and use your personal information solely for the purpose of managing the Competition, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 11.2 If you win, you agree that GP PROMOTIONS LTD may use your name and image to announce the result publicly. 11.3 If you do not wish to participate in publicity, please inform us before the Closing Date.

12.1 GP PROMOTIONS LTD may update these T&Cs from time to time. The current version will always be available on www.gpcompetition.com. 12.2 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
