Official Competition Rules

1.1 These Official Competition Rules ("Rules") are binding. THE ORGANISER: GP PROMOTIONS LTD. THE PLATFORM: www.gpcompetition.com gives eligible individuals the chance to enter prize draws. SCOPE: These Rules govern all competitions launched on or after 01/03/2026.

2.1 Opening and closing dates are on the competition page. Paid Entry: Answer the question, select entries, proceed to checkout, login, accept T&Cs, complete payment. Free Postal Entry: Send a handwritten letter to our address. Must include Competition ID, Name, DoB, Address, Email, Phone and Answer. You must own an active account matching the details.

3.1 By submitting an entry, each participant confirms acceptance of these Rules, releases GP PROMOTIONS LTD and social media platforms from liability, and waives claims for consequential damages.

4.1 Winners are selected using Google's random number generator. Only valid entries with correct answer are included. Draws occur within 7 days of the closing date.

5.1 Site credit has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expires 12 months from the date of being added to your account.

6.1 Prizes are subject to availability. GP PROMOTIONS LTD reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative unless stated.

7.1 Entry fees are non-refundable unless the closing date is extended by more than 120 days or if the prize changes substantially.

8.1 Personal data is used for competition administration and marketing communications. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

9.1 GP PROMOTIONS LTD assumes no responsibility for entrant errors, technical failures, or system interruptions.

10.1 Disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. No class actions or group lawsuits allowed.

11.1 GP PROMOTIONS LTD may update these rules from time to time. Cancellation or suspension may occur in case of technical failures or force majeure events.
